I got to make this exactly like I wanted, and it has turned out wonderfully. I’ll list everything below in the event someone’s looking to do similar mods. This is my first Starbucks—I’ve only ever had black bezels before this. Really happy with how it’s turned out and have plans for the next watch.

So pleased with how this looks, super easy to install and glad they are back in stock for now.

My wife surprised me for my 40th with my dream to go gator hunting. I did a collard gumbo with my 8ft 4in alligator, some jambalaya, and some fried gator nuggets for the kids.

Still waiting on the face from Roger, but I went ahead and put the new hands on last night. It’s almost exactly what I’ve always wanted in a watch, and I love how this is coming together. As soon as the other two parts arrive, I’ll post the finished piece with all the mod information. Cheers, gang.

Hey team, I’m looking for a numbered chapter ring that will fit a 106, but I’m striking out everywhere.

I really love the standard tic marks readily available on alix and in stock Duro’s, but I’d like to find other options. Any leads here?

I fell in love with the Duro and this subreddit. I love the fact that you can build it how you want, and this community is great because all of you are making some fantastic pieces. I love that folks are sharing their builds and the party they use.

I’ve added a jubilee bracelet, green ceramic bezel, and a G-S Diver-Tite crystal so far; I’m waiting for my custom watch face to arrive, and I’ll put that on with Mercedes hands and my build will be complete. I worked with Roger to adjust the font on the face and swapped for a Meters-First depth listing and smaller tritium emblem. When it arrives I’ll post the final product.

If anyone knows of a Duro chapter ring that has numbers instead of tic-marks, please let me know. I’d love a 0-60 chapter ring in ten-second increments.

Edit: G-S Diver-Tite crystal from eBay - you’re going to need to get a 32.7mm crystal for it to fit. Some folks have been able to fit a 32.8, but that risks breaking imho.

Took my new F91W out for a birthday hunt.

Not available in America, but found a Japanese seller on eBay and couldn’t be happier. This is my second Casio and everything that everybody says about comfortable wearability is true. I’m super pleased, and it’s been a great addition to my rotation.

For the mods, I’m parked so no Rule 8 violation!

I’ve never been a digital watch guy until I saw Nocturnal Time’s Artemis Royale. I picked this up last month and it’s become my daily driver—it’s a great conversation piece, it has good weight, and it’s comfortable for any occasion.

I went with the blue faceplate, NT backplate, case, and bracelet, so it’s not a custom mod by any means, but I think it’s perfect as he envisioned it originally.

The only mods I’m looking to make include doing a hydromod and trying to find a white NASA worm logo to go over the center of the orange window on the right. I can only find red right now, and I think that will clash with the orange. If anyone has a link to a white NASA worm decal that would rule.

Big fan of this, and it’s moved me to explore more Casio watches as well. My kids all want one, so I’m going with f91w’s for them.

Nocturnal Time made this watch for Commander Reid Wiseman, and I ordered the exact watch from him. It’s my new daily driver and I get compliments nonstop. I’ve never been a digital watch wearer, but this one is different and I absolutely love it.
