30ft boat is kept at at Sparkes on Hayling Island so coming out of Chichester Harbour entrance and looking at places within 20-30 minutes of there
Looking to build a scent wall using engineering bricks on their side, how tall can I go (looking at ~70cm) and anything else I need to consider? Won’t be load bearing apart from 35kg of Malinois potentially leaning on it…

Got choice between 2 Axopar 28’s for sale, same year, engine (300 v8), same price and spec apart from;
Boat 1: 1100hrs - Spec Difference: Twin Glass helm plotters, Radar, Search Light, electric toilet, outside speakers, underwater lights
Boat 2: 150hrs with single plotter, manual toilet and none of the additional stuff on boat 1.
Both have full service 100/300 history
Which will have a bigger hit on resale value or will the extra options on boat 1 with higher hours keep it on par value wise with boat 2?
