Cant recover account

So i dont have the fucking passkey i only have the password cuz thats all i thought i needed but i cant get in to my account cause it sends emails to my email but my dad made the account for me cuz i was young so i have no clue what age is there its not his birthday. And it asks where i was born and its not the country or city im from. And i cant just ask my dad cause he died 2 years ago am i genuinely just fucked????????????

Should i even come out

Fucking one of my siblings is trans and closeted and ik thaf cuz i stalk their socials that they dont know i have but then i dont want to come out because of that cuz then its just fucking weird theres two of them. And then i just dont feel real like ill never be a real girl so whats even rhe point of telling people just to play pretended like should i just kick the stool genuinely
