First time Seat owner. Did not have any trouble with martnes or anything like those with my previous cars.
Found a worn down part beneath my 2025 Leon.
5FA 864 237 A - should be a PUR filler piece. (First slide). Noticed similar damages on parts that seem also to be made of Polyurethane.
Is this common wear and tear to Seat Leons or is there anything tormenting my car?
No matter how often i change batteries or do an update, left shifter remains empty. Does not shift at all.
Contact looks good, carrier is alright too. Is there any way to avoid customer service?🥲

seit neustem ist der linke Schalthebel meiner eTap AXS dauerhaft leer bzw. lässt sich mittlerweile nichtmal mehr updaten.
In der App wird niedriger Akkustand angezeigt, nach Firmwareupdate wurde ein Reboot versucht, hat auch geklappt. Habe erneut Akku getauscht und nochmal ein Reboot versucht, mittlerweile leuchtet er zwar grün auf aber er wird im der App als leer angezeigt und lässt sich nichtmehr Updaten. Schalten tut er sowieso nicht.
Kontakte in der Aufnahme sehen i.O. aus, der Akkuträger ist auch nicht das Problem, wurden ausgetauscht - auf der rechten Funktioniert er super.
Führt kein Weg am Kundenservice vorbei? 🥲
