what if jobs had more of a identity?
I wish jobs are more specialized tbh, I would love it if classes had restrictions to have more identity other than just perks etc, I always find it weird when all classes can do wiring or all classes
ways I would change classes would be:
engineer would be the only one being able to do wires + only one to be able to use minigame for electricity + passive to have wire vision on and off
captain would be the only one being able to use direction based sonar + more sonar range for captain
mechanic would be the only one capable of using plasma cutter to open up doors (other wise you have to break the door) + only one with mechanic minigame
security would be the only one who can use heavy gear like armor without being slowed down alot
medic would be the only one capable of crafting medicine (if there is no medic you have to buy them)+ they have health scanner hud by default without googles + a chance to not use a medicine scaling with medical skill
assistant would be able change their profession after every mission to have lesser effects of the class specific passives I talked about (like medical assistant or security asisstant etc)
