I didn't like the clamps so I welded the tabs to the frame. Yes I got more to work on but this post is for torque arms.

Lawyer or authorities - neighbor built on my property.
Location: Madison, wi
Looking for advice on how to remove a structure my neighbor built on my property.
Recently our new neighbor put up a fence and I went out of my way to let them know not to build on the property line to avoid building on my property. Additionally the neighbor hires lawn care folks to handle the yard. Since the structure they built goes onto my property the lawn care people are now driving on and spraying my yard. I contacted my neighbor to address the build and ask for it to be moved which I got no response. There is also a shed that is over 3ft onto my property which was an agreement with previous owners. I now want to remove this fence and shed. I'm unsure who to contact first.

This is so massive because of one little section that caught my eye.
Psilocybin acts on serotonin 5-HT2A receptors, altering brain networks and promoting plasticity in preclinical models. This case builds on broader interest in psilocybin. A 2024 review in the same journal discussed its potential for Alzheimer’s via neuroplasticity, anti-inflammation, and network connectivity.
There are a couple of studies out there recently about psychedelics and neuron growth. There needs to be more research.

Conclusions: Psilocybin and MDMA promote adult oligodendrocyte and myelin plasticity. Enhancing myelination may be a viable strategy to augment or sustain the therapeutic effects of psychedelic-assisted treatments for PTSD and related disorders.

Soundcork-HA-Integrated: I combined soundcork and HA for a nice seamless integration
Vibe coded but it's fully operational as a docker container. It's quite a bit if work as you have to ssh into every speaker to update the endpoints. Soundcork does a lot of heavy lifting. My setup was based on a fork but I fixed the tunedIN podcasts portion, exposed the API more, and created a custom soundcork integration for home assistant. Enjoy!
