It won't stop no matter what I do.

Since Pipsqueak2 literally doesn't speak and a lot of users don't want to edit in dialogue themselves, (which is understandable; that kills the whole point of a roleplay bot), looks like a lot of users just find c.ai unusable now. Addiction cured lmao

This is 10 fucking swipes in a row. 10th one didn't say anything about silence or not speaking, it just didn't.

All of the people who are out of the loop coming here to ask where the other models are and flipping out when they find out they're gone for good.

I'm about 45 messages (back and forth) into a chat.

Every single one by the bot had to be heavily edited by me to get it to give me better responses, and it's only just now happening.

For every one I've had to cut out all the unnecessary purple prose that typically follows em dashes. I had to delete all of the contrastive framing ("not x, not y, just z"). I had to add dialogue where the bot refused. Had to remove all of the sudden kissing. Etc, etc.

If that's worth it to you, that's my advice. But it's understandable if it's not.

May 8th is when they're getting rid of every chat style except for for PipSqueak 2 (free) and DeepSqueak (paid).

Are you going to keep using it, or are you done with it?

I had a chat going with a character who actually IS all of those things for a change and they've turned him syrupy sweet and soft and gentle.

They swung way too far in the opposite direction.
