Our interior designer found this for our kitchen, but I'm not sure I like it. We need 3 pendants for the island, and I think it'll be too busy. It's the Shibari 3 Pendant by Kateřina Handlová, for Bomma. Thoughts?
The algorithm sent me the YouTube channel Beauty and the Beasts yesterday, and it actually spooked me last night. From what I've watched/listened to, she has a lot of Asian horror stories, some of which movies are based on, and I was binging them while doing chores last night. Lots of haunted and cursed house stuff. My cat startled in a box of paper which startled my dogs who thought the sound had come from outside, and I suddenly felt very visible from my still uncovered windows. Still kept binging despite feeling spooked cos the stories weren't the threat. The creepy shadow man deep in the darkness was the threat, and it's not like I could do anything about him.
I'm really liking the stories if only to be informed more about these regional spooky legends. They're a lot of fun. I'm adding her story that spooked me the most last night, but if that's not your jam, she does have a video on Ringu lore which was really interesting. I love folk stories and legends, and her stories brought me back to reading Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark during free reading in 4th grade. If you're into that, I think she's a great listen.
