Launched my chrome extension and already started getting spam emails
Just launched my chrome extension and started getting spam emails within 2 days. They didn't even check what my extension is about and want to promote it with me lol.
Do they really think these tactics work in 2026? And I'm sure they were not looking for similar tools on chrome extension either 😂
Dislike button gone?
Just noticed this, the dislike button is gone? Not just this short but from all shorts videos.
What's the reason?😂 Everyone disliked shorts so YouTube got rid of the dislike button itself?
Is telegram ban lifted?
I'm still unable to use it without a VPN guys. Is it working for y'all? Many articles say the ban was lifted today with only certain features not available but nothing is working for me right now.

Even the app is up to date 🥲
Anxiety sunday. SaaS is stressful!!!
I'm stuck now. Don't know what to do. Don't feel like doing anything either.
The building part was fun until it wasn't. Now my SaaS is facing an existential crisis because I don't know how to market it.
For context I am making a tool which is supposed to keep the traffic on your site and boost engagement on a website. I am completing big tech who is hellbent on taking away traffic from small websites.
It's an entire platform and not just a small tool. Anxiety is through the roof today. I was supposed to apply for YC today but I can't even get myself to record a video

Wipro buyback at 250?
Wipro buyback at 250rs per share when the current price is 181rs.
Has anyone ever participated in this buyback before? How does it work? I am sitting at 24% loss and this will give me a little profit if went through.
What's the catch here?
Started a new patreon account for another niche I wanted to try
The best part is that I didn't even write an actual story before getting my first subscriber. Now I have a total of three patreon accounts. My current goal is to grow this new one to $100 a month.
The only post I had made was an introductory post.
It's all about the leverage that I have. People know my work from the other two accounts.
I've been thinking of teaching this side hustle but honestly I have no time so I'll just share a small secret here instead. It is to give away the best value for free initially. If people like it then you'll know you're doing it properly. If no one likes it then you know you need to improve your writing or marketing. Focus on knowing your audience and then find ways to monetize it.
FYI
I don't do paid promos for my side hustle in case anyone asks
Damn tier 1 rpm is crazy
My site is about side hustles and freelancing and earn money online. I don't get much tier 1 traffic but whenever I do, the rpm is crazy high. But today it was higher than ever. 40$ for 1k traffic is amazing.
But I've never seen 1k traffic from a tier 1 country.
Does anyone else notice this too?
The most realistic advice on making money online
Ok guys, I haven't been much online lately, so you can see I haven't posted that much in our 3 side hustle sister subs.
So today ima be a little honest with y'all.
Side hustles aren't easy.
I see many people making posts saying they need an urgent 30k or urgent 50k in a month. You might be in a tough situation, and I can understand that. There are people saying they need 15k to pay rent in a few days. Or just any kind of amount.
But the post body is absolutely shitty. They say they can do editing work, or basic content writing, or basic image editing.
In today's world, "basic" means nothing. ChatGPT or any AI tool can do basic work instantly for free. So why would anyone pay you money for that? I can get all basic work done for under 1k if I pay for AI. No one will hire you if all you can do is basic stuff.
There are some posts where people say they are willing to do a lot of work (basic tasks, below average cheap-quality work), and they wanna make 50k before X date.
Quite honestly bro, if it was that easy, then no one in the country would be poor. Because at 50k a month, you are already making 6 lakhs a year, which is higher than what many BCA graduates make working full-time in an office.
So yeah, side hustles are tough.
I do content writing, and in the last 25 months, I have made over 50k maybe only 6 times. The rest of the time, it's been an average of 30-35k, and a few months even less than that.
And I'm earning that money after grinding and getting better at it for over 6 years. I spent years doing that stuff for free. So if you are competing with me, or anyone with similar experience, then why would anyone hire you over that person? No one would.
So for anyone who wishes to earn money online, I suggest you get really good at what you do and then build a small business around it. You will have to do everything yourself like finding clients, doing the work, getting paid, and handling taxes if you earn enough.
It won't happen in a month. If you expect to make a post and get flooded with DMs, then you are just wasting your time.
You can experiment with different things and find what you wanna do. But nothing is guaranteed. Otherwise, no one would be poor in the world.
You can't have your cake and eat it too.

I built a comment system for bloggers
The name is disfora
It allows you to add a small comment section directly on your website. It is very simply to setup. Just verify your domain and add a light weight script on your website.
Disfora is free for people with hobby blogs. Encourage your users to interact via Disfora to boost engagement on your website.
I'd love if someone wants to try it out and let me know what they think. Whether Disfora can make your blogging journey better and increase engagement on your site.
Thanks
Why do people resign from big companies like Microsoft or Google?
I've seen a bunch of YouTubers saying that resigned from XYZ company which is usually a big name in the industry and most people would do anything to get there. So why do these people quit?
Then they make a video about how the life in so and so company was amazing, free food and cap service, etc and a brand name to their resume. But then they quit their job to pursue YouTube or something else. And indirectly get into teaching or something else related to the same industry or they just switch to another company which is smaller than the big name.
They make it sound so noble like they made a tough decision about leaving which didn't even benefit them in the first place?
And now their entire work revolves around either selling courses or making videos about latest hypes for views and ad revenue. Or they just simply show up in front of a camera and talk non sense.
Built a tiny community layer for websites
infact it has no AI whatsoever. It is a simple way to add comments to your website.
Especially for static site owners who don't have any backend. It is called Disfora
I have a free tier which should be enough for indie website owners. Simple plug and play system. Convert your website into an engagement engine. Let your visitors directly leave comments on your pages. Let them rate your pages too.
I'm working on a reputation based system called "clout" which will help users find out what is useful and what's not. Based on 2 simple factors W and L on every comment.
Imagine your views tell your next visitors that this content is useful. No need to add other tools which can slow down your website. Disfora is lightweight and can be deferred so your site does not slow down.
Mods please let me know if this post goes against sub's rules and I'll happily remove it 😄
Built a tiny community layer for websites
I needed to add a comment system on one of my static websites.
I didn't wanna pay anything or have ads on my website. So I built my own from scratch. After some time I have a decent solution working.
The few pain points I wanted to solve are as follows
- AI is killing traffic to informational websites. If users leave comments and discussions on your pages, your site becomes more alive and unique instead of just another static page that gets summarized away.
- Commenting system is complex, people don't wanna handle databases, auth, moderation, APIs and an entire CRUD just to add a little commenting widget on their pages.
- I needed a way for users to rate my pages and give them a star.
So I built a SaaS around it called Disfora.
Disfora allows you to convert any website into a small community. It's easy to setup. Just need to add one little script and place an html tag where the comments would show up. That's literally it. Disfora will render out a little comment form and a list of recent comments.
I built this specially for the following
- Blogs
- Documentation websites
- Community sites
- SaaS Products
Disfora does not put ads on your site. It does not slow down your site either. You can defer disfora's script and your speed scores aren't affected.
Disfora has a reputation based system called Clout. People can see a user's clout and a W\L based score on every comment. Thus your community is automatically handled by your users to identify what is a W and what is an L so you don't have to.
HCL Technologies stock se dividend aaya guys. Aaj hotel jaunga ghar walo ke sath 😋
Yeah guys it's me. I used to make like 35-40k a month from my content writing. This month it fell to less than 20k.
So I write fictional stories. I have a few characters and I just write stories on patreon and people buy a subscription to read those stories.
I promote them on reddit on different writing related subs. I posted free material and if people wanted to read more then they would join my patreon to read locked ones.
I started in Feb 2024. It was supposed to be a side hustle that I'd do for timepass but it got real very soon. I was making over 30k consistently. Sometimes even 40-50k. My biggest month was like 70k something.
But recently I've noticed that people aren't joining my patreon anymore. I have a few ideas to why.
- Maybe because I'm not writing enough
- Maybe because I'm not marketing properly.
- The economy is shit and people don't wanna pay to read fiction because life itself is becoming unreal.
At the same time more and more people are getting into this which reduces income from others on average so I'm seeing a drop.
I'll be honest. I haven't put a lot of effort into it because recently I'm focusing on different ventures like working on my own startup so I don't write as much either.
Earlier I was writing short stories and posting very regularly. Now I write more longer ones and post twice a month maybe even less. I've got feedback saying my stories are much better than earlier but I don't see an increase in revenue.
If this is the start of an end then it was a great journey. I'll happily move on to working on my startup and focusing on my full-time job as a developer.
After all it lasted for 2 years when it was just supposed to last for 2 months.
Anyways thanks for reading this little update guys. Cheers
