My station after years of experience

My coffee station, had to move everything into garage. Got air-conditioned space and also nice flooring. My big 2kg roaster is on the way. That's a real coffee tree. On the bottom is my sample air roaster, ice maker and vacuum sealer.

My humble station. On the bottom shelf is my sample roaster, ice maker and vacuum sealer. On the right side is an actual coffee tree with growing light. Also got this beautiful lever in the kitchen!

This is after years of drinking espresso, recently started roasting ( last year). Can't have enough toys! But it's nice to have options everyday, light roast, medium roast, espresso, pour over, you name it!

Machine at work

Coworker brought this machine at our work shop, also he roasting the coffee too. Coffee is delicious. What you all think? 1987 machine. Should I try operate this without approval?
