Fleet builder and printable ship cards for BFG, 30 fleet lists, 460 cards, one HTML file
Made a small Battlefleet Gothic Remastered fleet builder / printable card app.
EDIT:
now hosted too, nothing to download: https://bfgtools.kuldare.com/
same thing as the html file, works on a phone as well
It's just one HTML file. Open it in a browser, pick a fleet, add ships and print the cards. No install, account or internet connection needed.
What it does
- Builds the fleet list and calculates points.
- Checks fleet restrictions while you build: section limits, ratios, squadron sizes etc.
- Shows the actual rule text behind each restriction, so you can see where the check comes from.
- Generates an A4 printable card for every ship, 2 cards per page.
- Cards have damage boxes, critical hit table, weapons/fire arcs and ship options.
- All values are based on Fleets WiP v0.36 and Rulebook v1.10, and the source page is printed on the card.
Ship options are selected before printing. So for something like a Tyranid Hive Ship with 16 possible options, you just hide everything you're not using and the printed card only has the relevant stuff on it.
The screenshots show the configurator and the card it produces side by side.
A few limitations
- This is for BFG Remastered, = Original rules + Armada + 2010, but with clarified/improved wording in places.
- Weird exceptions, ordnance, refits, campaign stuff etc. are marked as check yourself instead of the app pretending it understands something it doesn't.
Currently has all 30 fleet lists covering Imperial Navy, Space Marines, Adeptus Mechanicus, Inquisition, Rogue Traders, Chaos, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Orks, Tau, Necrons, Tyranids and Demiurg.

My first 1/1800 naval miniatures - Royal Navy vs Kriegsmarine, all brush-painted
I was going for a simple themed paint schemes for the different navies. Especially Kriegsmarine turned out very uniform. I got little carried away with the Royal navy so it split to camo and non camo variants.
This was balancing history, gameplay readability and looks. These were pretty much always contradictory...
Kriegsmarine & Royal Navy, my first miniature project
Finished this 1:1800 Dido-class cruiser, feedback welcome!
This is my first ship of the Royal Navy. These are for Victory at sea.
The camo is inspired by the Royal Navy camos of the WW2 era. I thought I had to make some modifications to the historical patterns because of the size of the model and view distance.
Printable aircraft reference cards – all six fleets, 115 profiles
I made a complete set of unofficial aircraft reference cards for Victory at Sea: 69 aircraft types and all 115 fleet-list profiles across all six fleets.
Print, cut, glue front and back, then sleeve or laminate.

Fan-made 4-page Victory at Sea quick reference set – feedback welcome
I put together a compact four-page quick-reference set for Victory at Sea for use with my own gaming group.
It includes:
- a one-page player reference for the turn sequence, movement, gunnery, damage, and Orders
- a dedicated aircraft and carrier reference
- a shared Critical Hit, Vital Systems and End Phase sheet
- a Ship, Weapon and Aircraft Traits reference
The aim was to keep the most commonly checked rules visible on the table without constantly searching through the rulebook. I have kept the official English game terminology so it should be easy to cross-reference with ship cards and the rulebook.
This is an unofficial fan-made player aid and is intended to be used alongside the official rulebook, not as a replacement for it.
I have checked it against the third-printing rulebook, but feedback is very welcome.

My first VaS ship and first model in 10 years
Feedback appreciated
When I was a teen I used to make lots of 1:700 ships. But I rarely painted any of them and if I didn't they were just plain base colors.
This ship was a real crash course in model painting
Two fleets waiting...
