Stopwatch battery
Anyone open one up yet? Wondering if the battery is connected via JST or soldered.

Really like the Beeline Velo 2 form factor but want proper cycling computer capabilities (radar, cadence, heart rate, etc.) Used the M5Stack Stopwatch as the foundation for the project to try and build a proper cycling computer.
So far, BLE radar, cadence and heart rate are working. Need a GPS module but should be able to get speed and route recording working in short order.
Here’s the UI in action. Radar on the left bezel, cadence on the right bezel.
Hardest part will actually be building the enclosure to hold the GPS and terminate in a Garmin mount. Anyone have any STLs to work from that can house the display and GPS together?
Am I missing a setting? If my standard orientation is vertical and I switch it up and go horizontal, the Nape Pro reverts back to vertical when it goes to sleep.
The entrance to the bathroom is on the left.
Current order:
Desired end state:
(vanity goes to always on since it has its own switch)
Fan and vanity are in one box, and room and outlet are in another.
I don't want to join them into a 4 gang if I can avoid it so I don't need to patch and paint.
Doable myself, or should I really get an electrician? I don't have an issue changing switches and outlets but I can't really wrap my head around what I'd need to do to this "right" which suggests it is probably a bit more involved.
It's no secret that I am a huge fan of the beekeeb Toucan keyboard. I liked it so much, I bought a 2nd one just to travel with. My only complaint was that the touchpad wasn't multi-touch. It was still useful, but I had to create all sorts of adaptations to use it like I use my Macbook's trackpad.
Folks, after spending some time with the beta hardware, I can honestly say u/leo_beekeeb with the help of u/punkgeek have done a truly phenomenal job with the Toucan2 trackpad. That nice silky glass trackpad was immediately intuitive, and the angled position of the trackpad is actually pretty much perfect. Leo also included the column angle case which I'll probably try out as well - this puts the trackpad parallel to the key columns.
Everything else from the Toucan stays the same... just as good as it always was.
More importantly, it can be retrofit onto the original, so you just need to get the kit.
For many, this will probably be the endgame. I know it's my endgame (until Leo blows my mind again!) Just waiting on the firmware source code so I can really dial in the Toucan2 the way I like it.

Thanks to those who recommended a Sommer. I finally had a 2080+ installed after a few weeks of trying to find an installer. Not so easy to find an installer at least here in the Northeast. It’s finally done.
Extremely happy with the results. Super quiet, and integrates perfectly with Apple HomeKit and my car’s HomeLink.
This is the NE view from the home. There's obviously the tree cover, which is not ideal. I did the app survey from the porch which obviously isn't going to do me many favors either, but it would see there's a pretty good view of the sky if the dish was tilted towards the broad clearing. Anyone else have success in a similar situation?
