Anyone else afraid when they’re feeling well?
Basically i’m in pain 247 but when i get sense of that relief i get uncomfortable because i start counting how long it’ll last, i’m afraid to get better because this is all i know, is this silly? (writing this with a fat migraine and i ran out of my meds)
Just surviving at this point
From my tiktok! if anyone would like to see relatable chronic migraines/ illness content, ask my account name❤️🩹

Heading to the gym with premigraine symptoms
Pray for me
Success (kinda)
These weather changes are a killer, i had to go into the er 4 days ago due to a badddd attack, the day after that was wonderful with minimal symptoms (🥳), buuut yesterday i got hit with the biggest migraine ever, due to my new migraine med i’m not supposed to take pain killers but my head was hurting too much not to take them (i have high pain tolerance), and i took a triptan, they eased the pain alot and i went to bed, today woke up with the same migraine back, worse, again! Scrambled through the day trying not to take anything and caved an hour ago because i was on the verge of throwing up, and i think they’re helping. Just hoping it stays away, if it won’t i’m headed to the er again. Whichever helps! Let this be a reminder to take meds early on💕🤕
Pre- and post migraine anxiety
Always before i get a migraine i get a huuuge wave of anxiety, everything makes me anxious and i just feel like i want to crawl out of my skin. That’s when i know i’ll get a migraine that day or the next. This is such a new symptom for me but i’ve tried to learn to cope with it, i just got medications for panic attacks i can take when i feel that way and anti-anxiety meds to take everyday.
When I don’t get anxiety and stress as my pre symptom, I’ll get super anxious when the pain subsides.
So basically never a dull moment.
Traveling with chronic migraines
Hi! I’m 17, i get about 15-20 migraines a month and it’s consuming, everyday i have to watch my symptoms like nausea, heat intolerance, fatigue, exhaustion etc, i’m afraid to go on a long carride because of my symptoms.
But, I really want to go to this festival in Prague, it’s a 2hour flight from where i live.
In December I flew to London, which was a same lenght flight and it was horrible on both flights, my migraine flared up badly. I was wondering if it makes a difference to be on business class? If it’s more of a chill environment and I have more of my own space and not have that feeling of being stuck and trapped. I don’t want my health to control me, and still want to enjoy life and the world! Any tips would be appreciated💋
Have a lovely rest of your month, low flareup days.💓
