Wheel changes on Raptor?

Mods, I am seeking specific information, please stop removing my post for duplicity.

I know Raptor has always been loud. I live in a neighborhood across the bay, years past I could hear Raptor when the wind was right. This year I can hear every circuit. In the park it is so loud you can’t have a conversation at the Corral.

Have they changed the composition of the urethane wheels?
