I submit my MIDR already, this is exactly what I wrote:

Subject: Formal Notice of Dispute / Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution (MIDR) – Request for Reinstatement of Account "user" (Pursuant to Section 13.a of Roblox Terms of Use)  

Dear Roblox Legal Department, 

I am submitting this formal Notice of Dispute and Request for Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution (MIDR) pursuant to Section 13.a of the Roblox Terms of Use regarding the improper permanent termination of my Roblox account, user, associated with the email address xyz. I respectfully request that Roblox perform a complete manual review by a human operator and reinstate my account. 

Counsel / Legal Representation Disclosure (Section 13.a.i.b): 

Pursuant to Section 13.a.i.b of the Roblox Terms of Use, I formally disclose that I am representing myself pro se in this matter and am currently unrepresented by legal counsel. 

Exclusive Account Ownership & Email Association: 

I want to explicitly clarify that my email address, xyz, is strictly associated with one single Roblox account: user. I do not own, operate, control, or have access to any other Roblox accounts whatsoever. I am asking solely and exclusively for the reinstatement of my account (user) and no other account. 

Erroneous Automated Account Association: 

According to the moderation notice I received, my account was determined by an automated detection system to be linked to an account identified as u/st*****, which was permanently banned for a severe Community Standards violation. I have zero connection to account u/st*****. I do not own, manage, or share credentials with that account. Any network or technical association detected by your automated systems is entirely erroneous—specifically resulting from playing Roblox on shared networks such as my home Wi-Fi (where family members or guests connect), my school Wi-Fi, and my cousin's home network, as well as dynamic IP reallocation by my ISP. The automated determination that my account is linked to or controlled by u/st***** is a factual error.

System Glitch & Conflicting Review Dates: 

Furthermore, my account moderation record contains a documented system anomaly. The moderation interface displays two conflicting review dates: July 1st and July 20th at 6:19 PM. This discrepancy stems from a known bug/glitch within Roblox's automated moderation framework that has never been resolved, further demonstrating the unreliability of the automated systems that enforced this ban. 

Exhaustion of Standard Appeals & Immediate Bot Auto-Rejections (Section 13.a.i.d): Pursuant to Section 13.a.i.d, I fully exhausted Roblox's standard appeal process prior to sending this Notice of Dispute. During the support process, I submitted multiple appeal requests, detailing that I do not own or control u/st***** and requesting human review. Every single appeal was systematically auto-rejected within minutes by automated bots without genuine human consideration, culminating in a notice stating I had reached the maximum number of appeals without providing any evidence supporting the linkage.

hi, i got banned for being linked to another account (enforcement ban)
to those who did midr for ef bans: what did you include? or, what evidence did you put?

and am i supposed to explain that these accounts shouldnt be linked because shes my cousin - are they gonna believe it?

(my cousin used my laptop to play roblox, she got banned for voice chat/chat id or something)
im not filing it for my cousin. im filing it for my account.

Did you then go for arbitration? And if you did, did you win/lose?

Does a human agent EVER look at enforcement bans?
I've only ever been rejected by their AI bot.
Every time I do get into contact with a human agent, they say they can't further assist me since I have to appeal from their page or whatever.
I got banned for an account that isn't even mine :(

I got banned because of a linked account, in other words, enforcement banned!

I'm curious now, is it pointless to send a MIDR?

What evidence would I even put, when I haven't been able to speak to a single human agent yet (besides the fact when they tell me to BASICALLY f* off)

I got terminated on roblox because of a linked account on July 20th, which is also the review date.

WHY in the world does it say that my review date is July 1st AND July 20th?

i got banned 3 days ago (on the 20th of july), i have limiteds worth thousands $$ (i did not use actual $$, but group funds i earned instead), so just curious when i should submit my midr?

if you get banned because of your 'alt' account, and find out what alt account it is and who it belongs to, is it risky to tell them the username of the other alt and the truth (it belongs to my cousin)

I got banned on Roblox (permanently) due to a linked account, in which I have no idea whose account that is. My ACTUAL alt account got banned as well, including my main.

My account is quite literally worth thousands of dollars $$ (because of limiteds that I own).

I'm assuming it's because of IP address or wifi, but that isn't the case since my siblings didn't get banned on their account(s). So, primarily, it has to be because of the same device (I'm assuming?).

The only thing I can think of is someone using my laptop to play roblox, which I've had friends in school do, or even family members. But Roblox doesn't even give the full username.

I've emailed Roblox, but everyone human agent I speak to says they can't further assist me and that I have to appeal from their app itself, but I've already reached the maximum appeals.

Anyone else have next steps?
