Has anyone else’s store just stopped scheduling people for markdowns? For over 6 years We use to have a set team of me & 2 other girls who would do markdowns Monday thru Friday 7am-12pm. If there were no markdowns that week we would just help out the backroom but now for the past 4 months, they are only giving us 1 or 2 days 4 hours, but only 1 person at a time. So we don’t even get to be a team anymore & no one ever knows who scanned what, because managers will just randomly scan during the day or throw a random person on for an hour. We don’t even get scheduled for backroom anymore, backroom people don’t even get scheduled anymore either.

You can go 3 weeks now with 0 hours. Like what the hell? How do they expect us to even stay? Yet we’re suppose to drop everything & come in when they decide to contact you 2 weeks after silence.
