Is there anything in particular to study up on before first semester of nursing school? I start in like 2 months and am excited, would like to use the spare time I currently have to get ahead. Thanks!

From what I understand I should chase higher damage since that ends up helping creating wounds anyways?

my wife sucks at taking these vids, but here we are!
palms just feel tired. need to stretch hands throughout ride.
I need to reposition my hands a bunch throughout the ride, stretching by opening wide, etc.
Where I have my hands placed is usually where i grab the bar from to keep that position i’m comfortable in.
At end of ride left forearm feels very tired and under tension afterward.
Did new wheel, tube, tires and had to adjust wheel breaks. Not sure if this sound is normal or not.
