I'm in love. And honestly, I think this polish is near perfect. From the creamy, satin formula to the swampy prugly-leaning chartreuse shifts, it's really so gorgeous.
This is 2 coats of BKL's Spirit of the Forest + KB shimmer clearly on top TC.
My answer: Sassy Sauce Peek a Boo (clear to black thermal) is *extremely* sexy imo. I mean... it undresses when it's hot!! ๐ฅ And it's sooo versatile. Definitely a new favorite ๐

Yes, I did intentionally bust out my *faNcy sLeEve* for the gorgeous Outlaw Country by Mooncat with no intention on actually wearing the shirt ๐ I kinda want to rename this one Blade of Andรบril ๐ก๏ธโจ (where my LOTR nerds at?) ...I mean, it doesn't NOT make me wanna wield a big bad sword, just sayin.
I also couldn't resist posing with a chainmail bracelet I made from stainless steel jump rings, one of my first complete pieces ๐ฅน They just go together! Even if this angle makes it look a little wonky lol.

I absolutely love her ๐๐๐ค๐โ๏ธ this is 2 coats of manchineel tree topped with ILNPs glass candy. If I wasn't eager to try some other new polishes, I would have been happy to keep this one on for a week or more. Thinking Death's Trumpet might be next (or close to next!) ๐ฉท๐ซฆ

Our 6yo heeler recently started doing this weird licking thing. She looks down and then licks as if something is stuck to her mouth and then sometimes does a weird swallow. We've inspected her mouth and also brushed her teeth, but she's still doing it. She's not coughing or gagging, drinks and eats as normal, isn't throwing up, chases ball, accepts love, etc... overall she's acting like her usual self.
While we wait for the vet appt, i figured I'd pick some brains and see if anyone has had similar experiences.
edit to add: she doesn't do it constantly, but enough for us to wanna get it looked at

Ok so I had an existing mani which was 2 coats of Cracked - Don't Eat That. I decided to top it with a few different things in the name if experimentation.
Left hand:
Cracked - Petals on the surface 2 coats in cat eye on pinky and ring, glass bead on middle and pointer. My thumb has Cirque - Spotted one coat and with Petals on the surface in glass bead, one coat.
Right hand:
Pt I: EdM - Sheer Tint Nightshade one coat on pinky and ring, then Sheer Tint Druzy two coats on middle and pointer, thumb has Cirque - Spotted one coat.
Pt. II: Topping all nails with Cracked Petals on the surface (b/c why not!?) - using a skittle of cat eye and glass bead.
Side note! I'm sorta convinced that Petals on the surface could be a dupe for MC Smokescreen (DD) if a darker, cremier base of grey is used.
**UPDATE: FOUND A TRADE!**

I love Poseidon's Prize and wish it worked for me, it just doesn't look as nice with my skintone and I know I'll rarely grab for it. Full disclosure, I'm the 2nd owner. I have only done a half mani myself - the fill line is pretty high so I'd say it's barely been used.

Products: KB shimmer fillin groovy base coat, 3 coats BKL - You're Finally Awake topped with one coat EdM - Key Drama ๐. TC is KB shimmer clearly on top.
The doggo pics are just the BKL polish by itself. Kinda hard to notice a difference through pictures, although it's *very* noticeable in person. Key Drama is wild, if you love blue glowies you NEED her.. I'm just saying.

p.s. pls ignore the shrinkage.. I can't blame the polish, I just didn't prep my nails so they may have had excess oil/lotion on them.

New (to me) from a recent destash. I enjoyed this one, it's on the subtle side but I don't mind. It's cute โบ๏ธ and when the temp is just right, the thermal is really pleasing to look at!
Products: no base (cause I'm lazy), 2 coats twilight sonata, MC speed demon top coat.
I will say, the first coat doesn't go on very evenly but I could have maybe put it on a bit thicker. Are MC thermals typically a bit goopier?
