What’s the one Apple Watch app you use every day besides Apple’s apps?

I'm curious what third-party Apple Watch apps people actually keep using.

Not apps you downloaded once, but ones you open almost every day.

What app is it?

And what makes it worth keeping on your watch?

Is Flow Watch available in your country now?

Hi everyone!

A few days ago, several people told me that Flow Watch wasn't available in their country yet, even though it had already been approved on the App Store.

The worldwide rollout should now be complete, so I'd really appreciate a quick check.

Could you let me know:

• Which country are you in?
• Can you install Flow Watch now?
• If not, what message do you see?

Thank you! This will help me make sure everything is working correctly worldwide.

What Apple Watch health metric do you actually use every day?

Apple Watch tracks so many things:
Heart Rate
HRV
Sleep
Recovery
VO₂ Max
But if I’m honest, I think most people only look at rings and maybe heart rate.
Which metric do you actually find useful?
I’m trying to understand what people care about most because I’m building tools around Apple Watch health data.

I built Flow Watch – An Apple Watch app for stress & wellness insights

Hi everyone!
I’m an indie developer from South Korea, and I recently launched my first App Store app: Flow Watch.
I built it because Apple Watch collects a lot of useful health data, but I wanted a simpler way to understand what it actually says about my daily condition.
Flow Watch combines:
• Heart Rate
• HRV
• Sleep
• Activity
• Recovery
into simple stress and wellness insights that are easy to understand at a glance.
I’m still actively improving it, so I’d really appreciate any feedback or feature suggestions.

Thanks for taking a look!

I built an Apple Watch app to help visualize stress and health trends. I’d love your feedback.

Hi everyone,
I recently launched my first iOS app, Flow Watch.
The idea was simple: make Apple Watch health data easier to understand.
Flow Watch helps users view heart rate, HRV, and health trends in a clean, easy-to-read interface.
This is version 1.0, and I’m actively improving it based on feedback.
If you have a few minutes to try it, I’d really appreciate your thoughts on the UI, features, or anything that could be improved.

Thanks for your time!
