Im looking for any possible way to keep my hands in as best condition as possible during my apprenticeship. I know its going to be hard on my hands and im prone to arthritis and already have wrist problems. I see klein tools makes gloves specifically for wire pulling.

I bought a pair of icon dykes for electricians apprenticeship then noticed it said not insulated so I was wondering if I should return these.
Ive used the schley products tool, hammer and seal driver set, and so many options I cannot figure out how to get this bushing to realign to go in proper so I can use the schley tool again. I dont know what else to try. The bushing has gone in fine other than this one side. Ive been able to realign it until now I cant get any leverage to push it. Any tricks tips or advice would be so appreciated

It started a few hours ago but essentially my computer will run as normal in board power, gpu temp, the utilization of the memory but it will not go above 60fps anymore. For example, when I open for honor i can visibly see the fps skyrocket as it usually does to 170-300 fps but now it takes those numbers and shrinks down to only 65 and I have no idea why.
Troubleshooting attempted: amd cleanup tool removed all amd drivers and I reinstalled them via the amd website for my gpu. It is still doing the same exact thing. I have also ran command prompt sfc/scannow and found no corrupt files. Optimized my drives and restarted the computer.
