Is this normal? I changed the steering fluid, but it’s still hard when steering. It’s always been hard. Is it okay or how hard should it be?

Using this tin box, a Bluetooth module, two speakers from old Bluetooth earbuds and a vape battery, I managed to make this novelty stereo speaker, and it charges through a usb C port.
It’s not a hifi system, but it’s a conversation piece.
