7 weeks out

7 weeks out from show number 1! 4 weeks post Septoplasty. Things are finally in a spot to go full send and get diced🔪

Been having issues with back tightness and shoulder mobility lately which is causing issues with opening up the lats, especially when bring the hands overhead🥲 hopefully mobility drills, training adjustments and a lot of foam rolling can fix it in time🤞

Excited to see how this end up looking from here!

12 weeks out!

84.15kgs fasted this Am.
On cruise due to Septoplasty Op tomorrow
Bloods being pulled next week before dropping the hammer later this month🔥

Coach recons I’ll be coming in at around my weight cap and thinks I should attempt the IFBB pro card😅
Would love to do the Amateur O in vegas but it’s very pricy

Next 2-3 weeks will be at maintenance during operation recovery, leaving 8-9 weeks before peak week number 1🔥

14 weeks out🔥

14 weeks out from my classic debut! Back is always a bit tight in the AM but condition is coming🔥

On that note any advice for chronic tightness😂 been to a sports therapist, have a foam peanut/tennis ball which I use regularly but tightness literally returns in less than 48 hours😭

M/28/5'6" [100kg to 86kg] (9 years) + (19yo:100kg ➡️21yo:76kg➡️25yo:74kg➡️28yo:86kg) enhanced

My long transformation!
From a 19yo overweight and mentally unwell kid to 15 weeks out from my classic debut! With some side quests in the middle haha

19-21 was filled with fad diets, sub par training but a lot of it and unnecessarily starving myself

21-25 was rocky for me, prescribed SNRIs which tanked my natural testosterone and spiked prolactin, but I had a goal of getting on a bodybuilding stage and I did it!

25-28 been working hard for me next goal and it’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when! Ain’t nothing stopping this train

Let’s try this again… 3.5 year transformation (Enhanced)

Got asked for transformation pics the other day and thought why not post it here🤷🏼‍♂️ 89kg ➡️ 87kg and a lot leaner

1st photo Nov 2022 to start of May - 3.5 years with a coach, roughly 2.75 years enhanced, and a full 2 years off of antidepressants! (Venlaflaxine)

2nd photo, 2018 to 2019 - Just over a year of natural training/dieting, no idea what I was doing but showed me I had potential, training upper lower rest

3rd/4th - most recent post workout shots💪🏻

Some backstory

I was in pretty good shape pre lockdown, around 84kg with visible abs but during lockdown I started taking Venlaflaxine which completely tanked my testosterone and elevated my prolactin (doctors did nothing about this even after highlighting nipple discharge…) so what you see on the top is the end result of that… after getting a blood panel and seeing that my testosterone was 10nmpl and my goal was to compete in bodybuilding, I did my research and decided that personally going enhanced was what I wanted to do. After competing in mens physique at the end of 2023, myself and my coach decided that I was more suited to classic.

Fast forward to now and I’m aiming to compete in my first classic show in august! We think I’ll be very close to my weight cap so the long off season has paid off!

Prep has officially started, 16 week out🔥 height 5”6.5 weight 87.4kgs

Still getting used to the posing trunks as they only got them a week ago😂 and posing will require tweeks as the weight comes down

Currently in a health phase until the last week of June, and a septoplasty operation pencilled in on the 25th of June😅

Probably around 9-10kg to chip off, with anticipated loaded weight being around 82kgs, which is very close to my classic weight cap🤞🏻

Very excited to test myself in PCA and NPC to see how I stack up! The top level UK amateurs are only slightly intimidating😂
