So i had purchased a keyboard and mouse combo from Logitech and it is still within warranty nd it stopped working. I went to their service centre in my city and handed over the product and they told me it will get delivered within 7 days . However it's been a month and still i haven't received anything or heard from them .
First they told me it was out of stock and after multiple calls over a period of time they provided an alternative which I agreed . However that alternative for the replacement has still not arrived and now in their calls they are saying we can't access it we have already escalated it . Nd i have called them emailed them did everything. They are not giving me any definitive answer .
I brought it because it is a popular brand however their products are shitty and the customer support is shittier .
My keyboard on the pebble 2 combo stopped working and since it was within warranty they offered me replacement and told me i would receive it within 7 days . However it's been more than 20 days nd i haven't received any news or confirmation regarding my product. Whenever I contact Logitech they just tell me it's out of stock it will reach to you soon . Even if it's stock after some time they tell me it's again out of stock .
This time they even told me they would offer alternative however I received no confirmation regarding it and they are not providing me with any answer. Please help out if you know anything or have any tips for me .
