How do you get rid of acne marks?

Hey guys,

So giving a little context to this.

I have PCOS and oily acne prone skin.

From the past couple of months I have had acne on and off. One of the reasons were mangoes.

I was wondering whatyou guys do for acne marks?

I really dont have a particular preference but open to suggestions.

Pune has a new Japanese Kissatten

A new week and I visited a new cafe and this time it was a purely japanese cafe MOMOKA

Cute vibes , there is a branch in KP as well. The service - not so good because it was a weekend maybe but the service was really slow.

Staff didnt feel very welcoming when we asked for a seat inside and then there is this whole system to order by yourself from your phone (which i personally don't like)

The food was good - the Egg Salad Sando and The Kimchi Butter Risoni with Chicken Schnitzel (bone) was tasty and something different. Never tried it before.

Also tried their Ube Latte - it was surreal (sooo good!)

If you are a japanese paglu then you must visit it!

What's The Most Hyped Acne Product Failed For You?

I know skincare is super personal, but has anyone else bought a product because Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, and basically the entire internet swore by it... only for it to do nothing?

Not even a bad reaction. Not even a breakout. Just... nothing.

Mine had thousands of glowing reviews and I thought my skin was about to transform.

Finished the entire bottle. I gave it a couple of more chances but still it was the same.

But... I liked how Sebium Gel Moussant of Bioderma worked a little for me because it made my skin feel fresh which other cleansers didn't do a lot.

But, my acne problem remained the same where it was.

What was your most disappointing skincare purchase?

My mango smoothie bowl briefly forgot whether it was dessert or snack 🥭

I was making one of those smoothie bowls that make you feel productive for no reason.

Mango base. Nice toppings. Looking healthy.

Then I added crushed Achaari Masti Mad Angles.

Suddenly the bowl got a different personality.

Sweet mango first, then the achaari flavour shows up like an uninvited but entertaining guest.

The bowl looked confused but it was a nice comboo!

Visited Imagicaa in monsoons

Recently visited Imagicaa with friends - yes it is indeed a very wrong season to go here when it is puring rain everywhere.

The rides that were currently open:

  1. Nitro

  2. Scream Machine

  3. Dare2Drop

  4. Mr India

  5. Deepspace

  6. Rajasaurus

It was so much fun, as soon as we hopped in for scream machine it started raining heavily and a normal ride turned into a water ride.

Broo the scream machine was my first time and my heart came out when it took that 90 degree swing .... i screamed on top of my lungs for exact two minutes until the ride ended - my friends then went for a second time🫠

And Rajasaurus has been my fav always 🤩 Loveit.

Deepspace well - it moves with a speed of light. Before you realize anything its over 🤣

Want to visit Aquaimagica next...!

I watched Chand Mera Dil on Hotstar

There was a time when Dharma Productions actually had good stories to tell.

And now, in 2026 we get movies like this. Well, I am really sorry if someone liked this movie but like what the hell?

I really feel bad for Aarav's character even after what happened.

I know it is a movie and we shouldn't give a lot of realism to it. But bruh you are 18 and you want to have a child - Chandni could have just listened to her parents and Aarav for once. But that was the entire plot of the movie.

Chalo theek hai I understand that as well. But when Chandni spoke to Aarav saying , " you don't understand what I have been through?!" where the guy here is sacrificing everything for his family. That felt kinda stupid and ignorant.

Even after all this, she then breaks his heart even more with going to some other guy.

I dont know, even being a female this story feels too onesided. Nowadays, in the name of feminism - kuch bhi banate hai.

The plot itself is soo stupid let alone the whole film.

Lunch at Ba Ba Reeba

So we recently went to Ba Ba Reeba which has been on my insta feed for so long.

This place barely has any discounts (we went 10%) but the food is amazing. We tried their steak and souedough sandwich. The steak was really tasty and the chicken was grilled right on point. Instead of normal rice they gave arborio rice which was very unique.

We went for lunch on a weekday so it was pretty quite and the ambience is spectacular. Took me back to the days when I used to live in 17th floor. I could see the whole city from here.

Must visit especially for fancy dinner dates and skyline views🤭 would visit again for some dinner soon.

I had the most frustrating train journey while coming from Mumbai to Pune

So i am weekly mumbai pune traveller. Yes I knew that there have been landslides across the route of highway and the rail track - but it would be this worse?

Well - on sunday night as the news said - due to landslides across the route the missing link and the rail tracks were closed.

They resumed everything by Tuesday so I thought things went back to normal.

But no - apparently everything is still recovering.

My 7 am train (18520) got rescheduled twice. For one of the trips i went back slept for an hour and again came to the station but the train didnt come.

It came around 10am and finally left the station at 12pm, at that point i left all hopes to reach early on Pune.

I estimated that I will reach around 3.30pm.

But again😭 i was wrong. The train stood somewhere near the ghats just after Katraj.

Even at 4pm - i didnt reach Lonavala..

It stood again at outskirts of Pune for 40 mins.

And then after a lot of waiting - i reached Pune at 6.30pm.

Technically it took me 12 hours to reach Pune from Mumbai.

I recently saw news today that many trains are suspended. However the highway is working so it is better to take bus or car right now until the train tracks are repaired.

My evening snack somehow turned into a street-food side quest 🌶️

I crushed Mad Angles into a bowl with peanuts, chopped onions and a lottt of lemon juice.

No recipe. No planning. Just vibes.

After mixing everything together, it tasted like something you'd get from your nearest chaat wale bhaiya who serves snacks in old newspaper cones and somehow knows everyone's order by memory.

The onions, peanuts, and lemon - oh they had the perfect harmony!! 🤤🤤

Made one batch. And then 2 more and ate all 3 of them.

Kuai Kitchen at KP (Review)

So i went to Kuai Kitchen at KP (2nd time)

I wanted mom to try Sushi because she never tried it. We took the Prawns tempura sushi and it was delicious. We also took their teriyaki bao - it was tasty but on a sweeter side for me.

We then took their thai flat noodles. I think it was just not made for me. The entire noodles was sooo tangy and sour and had peanuts. I could only have one portion and we had to pack the rest of it.

I havent tried their mumbai outlets - are they good?

Popeyes in Pune

Officially tried all the 3 outlets across Pune.

This is going to be a tough competition between KFC and Popeyes.

Popeyes have really tasty dressings - i loved their classic ranch, habanero and korean sauces in wings and burgers.

The Elpro mall outlet gives cheaper wings than any outlet. Seasons Mall and Phoenix have expensive combos.

Their chicken popcorn is good too.

I liked their fried chicken burgers like the Korean one and American Mayo.

If you guys are a little bored with KFC, you can check this out! Its pretty famous in the west!

Xclusive at KP Annexe is delicious

We went to exclusive at KP annexe - it is a club but their food is marvellous.

The sushi was fine (nothing extraordinary) and these skewers and we also had a mushroom flatbread - everything was just soo good🤤

Considering that this is a club - i didnt expect the food would be so good. If you guys are exploring some new club places with good food - you must check this out.

Recently visited Felice

Recently visited this cutesy cafe called Felice in Kothrud. They are into croissant sandwiches and focaccia sandwiches.

The taste was good and I liked the chicken too but nothing out of the ordinary though. Those chicken envelopes (forgot the actual name) were the best part.

It is a cute date place and the price is slightly on the higher end (we had 1.7k for 2) and there weren't any major discounts. Have you guys been here?
