propagation help!

Hello! I got this baby today and i’m repotting tomorrow. I just had a question or two about the smaller leaves it has.

  1. Will the smaller leaves grow larger than they are currently if I leave them?

  2. Can I cut them and propagate them to give them to a family member?

  3. If i’m able to propagate, whats the best course of action to take to propagate them? Where should I cut them? Place them in water?

Stella York Dress Help!!!!

Hi! I’m recently engaged and starting to plan my dream wedding. I came across this Stella York dress (SY8181) that i’ve been OBSESSED with. I was wondering if anyone wore this dress for their wedding? I was wondering around the price point of it, I have no bridal shops around me that carry it unfortunately. So before I drive hours away to a shop that does carry it, I want to know if it’s worth it! 😩

pale hermie

Hi! I posted a few weeks ago about moving and having to dig up some molting hermies. I dug one up, scooped him and the sand around him, buried his exoskeleton with him, and placed him in a bin filled with sand; which i then covered with more sand to hide him. he had eventually emerged about a week later. when he emerged though, he was SUPER pale. he was a beautiful purple pincher before he went to molt and hasn’t gotten his color back. He’s been in a separate enclosure for about a month because I was worried about him being targeted by my other hermies. He has yet to regain some of his color.

I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Did your crab get their color back?

video attached so you can see his paleness 😬😅

decor help!

Hello all!! i’m redoing the decor in my tank and i need help. i currently have a 110 gal tank with about a foot of sand in it(give or take).

i have three artificial boxwood squares(pic attached) lining the back of my tank. i’m struggling with how to attach it and keep it attached. my hermies are mischievous and like to go behind it and tear it off of the wall. i’ve tried outdoor velcro tape and zip tying it. both unsuccessful.

i’m also struggling with how to hang my other decor so they don’t tear it down. i’ve got a few of the coconut hides that hang which they LOVE. but they tear the suction cups off.

what is everyone using to hang their decor and artificial plants?

wedding help

hi! recently engaged (2 weeks ago) 22 and 21! we’re trying to manage and balance the constant questions! i’m a teacher and he’s a chemical engineer. trying to get a gauge of what to do and where to even start!!!

my fiancé and i are looking at dates to start planning. we’re thinking summer or winter 2028 or summer 2029.

my fiancé has a large family and i’m more on the conservative side haha. i’ve put together a guest list and his side is upwards of 50 and i’m around 20.

we’ve been discussing a backyard wedding but we’ve also been discussing destination weddings and wanted to know a little more about them!

could anyone give their opinions/thoughts on destination weddings?

did you pay for all of your guests’ travel/accommodations?

how many guests did you invite and how many actually came?

were rsvps a pain in the a double s??

i want to give our guests enough notice. when would be an appropriate time to send out save the dates/invitations?

thank you all in advance!!

sincerely a lost bride hahaha 😅

moving help pls!!

hi guys! i’m currently in the process of moving and need to move my tank. it’s a 110 gal tank with 9 little guys in there. i’ve been waiting and waiting for all of them to come up so i can safely empty and move my tank without disturbing them. however it seems each time one comes up, two go down. i only ever have 4 up at a time maximum.

i’m just wondering if i dig them all up and empty the tank if i’ll screw with their molting and might possibly harm them?

i’ve been waiting to move them for about 2 months and i’m running out of time to wait for them to come up and really need them to come up so i can move the tank!

any advice please?!

pics of crabs for attention 🤍
