Hello,

I’ve set up an interview for next week for a FSE role with Applied Materials. Is this job totally trash? What is the schedule like? I have a bachelors in mechanical engineering, and I’m about to finish a two year training in cert in instrumentation post military service. I have no interest in doing design work.

I’m trying to build a ladder logic relay circuit for the following prompt. It’s with mechanical relays, so I’m thinking two flip flop circuits (up to 4 unique states) to sequence (0, 1, 2,3) through the steps. Am I even approaching this in the right way? I’m getting confused reading online since each flip flop requires a Data and Enable input?

upon initial power up the green light will be on. pressing pushbutton 1 instantly turns off the green light and the light will remain off. pressing pushbutton 1 again will turn on the green light after one second and the light will remain on. pressing pushbutton 1 again will start the sequence over with the light remaining on as if the power was initially applied. 

Does anyone know if the county is actually recycling or are they sending it to the landfill? And why is it not mandatory to recycle in a county this size?

It’s actually insane how dirty people are. Blood in the sink, piss all over the toilet, body hair all over the bathroom, rotting food in the fridge. 🤢This dude is in his 40s. Thankfully I’m leaving this summer, but it’s shocking how gross people are and what they think is acceptable. Maybe they don’t see it? I’ve given up and stay in my room pretty much 24/7.

Kind of an odd question. Any military or retirees passing thru Yakima any time soon on their way to Everett? I separated from the Navy in 2024, and I have some uniforms to donate. I know they a thrift store there on base…
