Offering Whole Milk to EBF baby

My baby used to take bottles back when she was younger but alas… for months now she has exclusively nursed. She literally throws cups of my pumped milk 😳

She takes water in a straw cup very well! She has never had an ounce of formula. She has had dairy products (cheese, yogurt etc) but no cow’s milk.

I guess it’s time to start introducing cow’s milk but frankly I’m nervous she won’t take it! And also, I’m not sure how much to even give her because I know they say to start slow because of constipation but I literally don’t know how… what do I even mix it with? Do I just mix it with water if she won’t take pumped milk & has never even had formula either?

I know she doesn’t *have to have cow’s milk* but I do think it would be helpful for some moments in my life to leave her with grandma, babysitter, or dad. As of now, she nurses in the morning, before naps & bedtime. Her birthday is this week 🥺

I’m a clueless seller, plz help

Hi! I’m not a serious seller, I’ve just listed a few things that I have that are generally NWT so I’m not sure what to do.

I had a listing for something that was $20. Someone made an offer of $12. I countered $15. Before the buyer accepted, a second buyer offered $17 (which I would have just accepted). But the counter offer to the first buyer got accepted, it closed out the second offer & the sale was finalized. Annoying, but okay.

But then…. The first buyer asked me to cancel the sale because they realized it wasn’t the right version of what they were looking for so I did.

So my question is…. How do I get back to the second potential buyer??? The item says it’s sold. I can’t edit it (I did copy the listing to make a new one). But I can’t seem to message the second buyer… or am I missing something?

Nursing past 1 & night warning etc

My baby is 11 months so I can see the finish line! I don’t mind nursing past her birthday… I’m really not sure what my plans are for weaning.

HOWEVER, the MOTN feed has got soooo old. My baby did not STTN until 6ish months and she did it literally once. While working with a sleep consultant, we improved things drastically — down to the one feed most nights.

She’s gone through some phases of sleeping through & then needing the feed again. I did some “light night weaning” where I held the baby for 10-30 minutes first, she often fell asleep but would wake on transfer, & then I’d feed her. I was supposed to do 30 minutes but sometimes I was too tired and gave up earlier. It’s been exhausting because it takes so much longer than just feeding so I usually give up on the 2nd or 3rd night.

**I’m curious about my supply + future stints of her not sleeping through as we move past her birthday—particularly my supply over night**. I have zero desire to pump because she won’t drink it and the whole point is for \*me\* to sleep too… but I am not naive enough to think she won’t start waking up again (especially because she only has 2 teeth so we have a LOT of teething to go). I don’t want her to \*need\* the MOTN feed but I don’t want to be milk-less if she randomly does. Does that make sense?

Cup holder bugaboo butterfly

Curious what cup holder people are using with the Bugaboo Butterfly 2.

I have the universal one that has the second phone slot on my full size stroller but I feel like it’s not going to fold well with the butterfly. I haven’t tested it yet though.

The bugaboo one just seems so insanely expensive so… trying to avoid that. But want one that it will fold well with.

Totter & Tumble play mat?

Is it worth it? Should I get something else?

Baby is 10 months old — so not for tummy time at this point — for this baby at least — but crawling, cruising, walking & being pretty to look at.

Want it to be easy to clean of course. And my hair sheds A LOTTTT. So I need to be able to get that up easily.

Baby jail toys

I’m looking for good toys for my baby as she approaches 9-12 months. With some specific caveats: They’re for baby jail (the pack and play)

So toys that don’t me to reset them (ie stacking cups & rings).

I just want some separate special toys to leave in there so she doesn’t hate it. I don’t want to move her toys in and out constantly bc that’s a PITA.
