I absolutely do this with super niche or rare items. It’s not a good business model, but it is fun. If I end making the sale, I get a little high and some money. Before I list, though, I make a pact with myself about how long I’ll let items like that sit before I get rid of them.

Went to the ER yesterday. It was my second visit in a month. They said the stone had finally traveled the full length of the ureter and was at the entrance of my bladder.

All day today I’ve had a familiar feeling down there. It took me a minute to figure out where I know this feeling from, and then I remembered. It’s the same feeling I had when my babies were almost full term and would put pressure on my bladder.

Can anyone relate? And more importantly, does this mean I’m almost done???

One of my kid’s former classmates was hit by a car last week in Staten Island. His family took him off life support on Friday. I didn’t know him personally nor do I have details about the accident. News sources say he was riding an e-bike, and the car was making a turn. Sharing the GoFundMe here. As a parent, it really hits when a kid looses their life, no matter the circumstances.

I’ve been testing out Vendoo with a 5 listings / month free account. I am ready to pay for a cross listing tool. I have done my research and determined that the new Vendoo Starter plan is the one that best fits my needs for now. However, when I go to subscriptions in my account, only the old plans are available to me.

I contacted Vendoo via the chat box. They said I’m basically s.o.l. and can either sign up for an old plan or wait until the new plans become available in my account.

I’m assuming there’s no way to hack this situation unless I open a new account with a different email (which I don’t want to do). Thought I’d check this forum in case anyone has insight or intel.

I’m in New York state. For two years, I was seeing providers who billed through Headway. A few weeks ago, Headway sent me a $200 bill for a supposed insurance adjustment for a service date in early 2024. When I looked into it further, I learned that the $200 was $50 insurance adjustment and $150 due to Headway failing to bill me correctly back in 2024.

However, I also learned that Headway charged me my copay for 5 additional 2024 service dates which they never sent a claim to my insurance for. I chatted with a Headway rep today. They told me that they can no longer bill insurance for those service dates due to the insurance’s mental health partner company at the time no longer having a contract with my old insurance company.

I missed out on five sessions counting towards my deductible. I could crunch the numbers to see what that cost me at the end of my plan period. At the very least I want to request my five co-pays to be refunded since Headway has no insurance documentation on which to base those charges. That would cover my unexpected bill.

Is there anything else I can do? Somewhere I can complain? I spent so many days over those two years fighting with Headway, to have this pop up now just adds salt to the wound. I’d love to blast them for being the shit company that they are. And if I can get any money out of them at this point I’d gladly take it.

Came up on a lot of purses and bags. Most will be fine with a baby wipe, but a few need some actual cleaning of the cloth portions.

I googled this, but it’s hard to tell what is content filler vs. what methods are actually used by real people who are invested in avoiding damage to the item.

Tips welcome.

I was using it at first as a way to save me from
having to deal with super lowball offers. But then I thought seeing what people come with might be useful information. But now I sorta want to start using it again because the super lowballs offers are usually ridiculously low.

Curious when and how others use this feature, and if you have a set percentage or other formula you use to set the minimal acceptable offer price.

I am so sick of going to eBay for an open box deal only to have it get shipped to me from Amazon. If my item
is coming from Amazon, I prefer to do the punchase directly from there, even if it’s more expensive. If ai go to eBay it’s with the intention of purchasing direct.

I already refrain from buying from anyone that doesn’t post a picture of the actual item. And I only buy from domestic (U.S.) sellers. But I realize now that a drop shipper can post pics of an identical item and then ship it to me from Amazon.

That said, how can I weed out drop shippers when I’m vetting sellers?

I was recently listing some song books and music scores. While pricing, I noticed that the majority of these items are listed in the Books category instead of the respective category under Music. From what I can tell, fees are the same for both categories. So what is the reason for listing music under books instead of music? Anyone have insight here?
