Two years

Was fucking around with strength training and bulking for the most part, but switched to hypertrophy (PPL) a couple months ago. Chest and abs are way behind so starting to focus on those. I also turned yellow.

Is it possible I have chiari

On Monday I felt a terrible migraine while working out. I went to the ER on Tuesday and they gave me dipyrone/metamizole and it helped (I even exercised yesterday just fine), I also did an MRI. Been taking the meds but today I felt a really bad headache while doing another kind of physical activity if you catch my drift, I stopped immediately and it went away a couple of minutes later.

I'm scared shitless of possibly having chiari and I'd like to know how things might look like for me in the future, will I be able to exercise or have sex in the same intensity. Sincerely appreciate any words of advice.

Sharp headache while lifting to failure

Was on my second set in the machine overhead press, I couldn't tell if I had one more rep in reserve but decided to go for it anyway, the result was a sharp headache in the back of my head. Legit felt like a blood vessel popped and I was going to pass out. I managed to pull myself together after a minute and finished the rest of my workout while still feeling that headache which persists though less intense hours later. I'm wondering what the hell happened, and if I should've seen a doctor afterwards.

Yesterday I had a stomach ache while training back and biceps, but I believe that's due to my bad habit of drinking too much water in short periods of time while working out.

Tentando entender meu cabelo

One year since I grew my hair out

I'm fairly new to it and I've been struggling to figure out how my hair really works. Mostly porosity (still don't know if it's high or low despite the tests), why certain products work while others don't, and why it takes so long to dry. I'm striving for definition, little volume and consistency. Already accepted that my hair can't go longer than a day without refreshing so I don't care about hold as much now. One of my non-negotiables is to have a simple routine with only one styling product, here's my current one:

  1. Double shampoo and condition for five minutes with Elseve "Cachos Longos dos Sonhos"
  2. Rinse conditioner out
  3. Style with Skala Blue curl cream while still wet
  4. Pat dry with a t-shirt, then let it air dry for three to four hours

I also use a Lola Cosmetics hydrating hair mask once a week.

I usually wash everyday, sometimes I just refresh with a spray bottle and some curl cream but I'm still figuring out the right amount of water and product.

With regards to how my hair behaves with different products, when I apply Skala's yellow cream for example, which is branded for nutrition I get less definition and more volume. Why is that? Does the conditioner offer enough nutrition?

This is all over the place really, but any advice is greatly appreciated. If you think any of my current products could be hindering results let me know.

Product advice?

I currently use Skala Blue curl cream to style and I like how lightweight it feels. Other creams I tried feel heavier in comparison while providing almost no definition. I've read some negative reviews about Skala wrt scalp damage and general hair health and I'm wondering if there any alternatives.

Routine:

  1. Double shampoo and condition with Elseve "Cachos dos Sonhos" every morning

  2. Apply Skala Blue curl cream while hair is still wet

  3. Pat dry with a t-shirt then let it air dry
