I’ve tried the following medications to max or sufficient dose for full trials (8-12 weeks)

Lexapro
Trintellix
Wellbutrin
Prozac
Luvox
Fetzima
Various ADHD stimulants

For my TRD depression/adhd/anxiety and have found absolutely zero relief in anything other than the ADHD stimulants. The main one that plagues my life is depression, and my doctor is recommending that I try lexapro or Wellbutrin again and can’t seem to wrap my head around why I would try something that already failed me. I brought up auvelity as a possible next step and she said I’d have to find a new psychiatrist to prescribe that for me as she “couldn’t find it in her system”(?). Does anyone have any advice for possible next steps before I go to something more intense like TMS, spravato, psilocybin, etc etc.? Any advice is immensely appreciated!!! Thank you!

I keep seeing discourse over whether or not it’s SR, IR, or XL and was curious as to what the actual answer is based off the prescription that actually gets handed out itself

I’ve tried to self administer it once or twice with a similar dose to the 25mg that is used (of course this isn’t entirely possible to the exact number) and haven’t had any success. I’m heavily considering making a trip to one of the states where it’s legal and was curious if anyone has any insight into what that would look like process wise, success stories, etc etc. anything would be greatly appreciated really

I have Bowers and Wilkins 607 S3 bookshelf speakers, a Yamaha tsr 6750 reciever (factory settings), and a klipsch r120sw subwoofer. Ideally max volume without risking any damage to any of my gear

I’ve never had a problem with helping any of my previous partners finish and have actually usually been the first person to make some of them finish, however with the person I’m dating right now we’ve been unsuccessful. I understand that this isn’t my responsibility or my “thing” to fix and they really do not care about whether or not they finish during sex (we’ve talked about it pretty openly but they do agree that it would be really awesome if we could figure it out). With that said, I would still love to help my partner with this in any way I can so if anyone has any ideas or advice for what we can possibly do to work on this please let me know and thank you in advance, any advice is appreciated👍🏻

Looking for a set of bookshelf speakers with a sound around $1200 while sitting cheaper (budget around $900-1000 ideally). If anyone has any recommendations please let me know and thank you in advance!
