I see my fallout 4 just updated, I unfortunately did not turn on the setting to disable steam updates. Is my fallout london installation going to be borked after this? Anyone know if there is a way to keep my save data?
I've just beaten Rogue Trader and feeling the urge to return to WOTR and trying to choose what kind of character to play.
I've beaten the game once before playing as a lich and had a lot of fun. I'm debating between playing a righteous cleric on angel path or a kineticist on demon path.
I tend to find playing evil characters to be more fun these days but I've heard the angel path is the most fleshed out, and it might give me a chance to see more of the good aligned content I might have missed out on. And at the same time I'm also a little tempted to go azata for the chaotic good power of friendship experience.
To people who have played these paths, what do you think I should choose? What is your favorite mythic path?
I'm playing a run of dos2 as Lohse and I'm trying to play as a good character this time. But near the end of act one my desire for getting more xp took hold and I killed slane and a few random prisoners around fort joy. Now I'm kinda having trouble reconciling this with the character I had in mind. I suppose I could consider that Lohse's demon took control and drive her to murder in those moments. But I'm not sure.
How do you avoid becoming a murderhobo to get every last drop of XP? I'm playing on tactician so I figure any XP I can get my hands on is quite valuable.
I'm planning on starting another playthrough of Divinity 2 soon and trying to decide on my companions. The run I beat the game with some years back I ran with Ifan as player character, Red Prince, Lohse, and Fane. This run I was thinking about playing Lohse and going with Ifan, Sebille and Beast but I also love Red Prince and Fane and can't decide whether to swap out Ifan or Beast for one/both of them. What do yall think, what are your favorite companions to run with?
I've been thinking about starting a new playthrough and trying out wrath of the gods. I've beaten base calamity a few times now playing on revengance. I'm not sure whether to try playing on death mode or infernum next. What do y'all think? What is your favorite difficulty for calamity?
I'm curious how people feel about the crimson/corruption effigy nerfs in the most recent update.
Before, the crimson effigy gave 15% damage and 10 defense for -10% max life, and corruption effigy 10% move speed and crit chance for -5% damage reduction.
I think the crimson effigy in particular was incredibly strong and kind of a no-brainer to always have on.
Now, they've had the following changes:
Nerfed Corruption Effigy, increased damage reduction penalty from 5% to 10%.
Nerfed Crimson Effigy's damage boost from 15% to 10%, and defense boost from 10 to 5.
I think it's kind of interesting that now it is more of a trade-off whether to use them as opposed to something to always have active.
What do y'all think, are they still worth using?
