Hello, I am a newbie to BJJ. Planning to buy a gi.

I am 5 feet 3 inches tall and size UK14 or US10.
Which size do i get?

I am a beginner at BJJ. Where can I get good quality Gi at a reasonable price?? Either in Mumbai or online?

I am 24F, working towards fat loss and improving strength. I heard creatine is supposed help hydration, improve muscle growth and brain function.

So, I bought a pack of muscle blaze creatine monohydrate.

I have the following question-

1. When should I take it for the best effect, if i workout at night?

2. Should people aiming for fat loss even consume creatine?

3. Any side effects? Specially for women.
