PSA\\\* pee and poop (HUMAN AND PET!!) all over this property AND elevators. ROACHES!! Broken elevators, BLACK MOLD! Stolen packages!

Ever since Doug and the new management company took over, this property has become an absolute disaster. The place is increasingly filthy, maintenance requests disappear into the void, and the roach problem has gotten completely out of control. It’s honestly embarrassing to charge people this much in rent while tenants are dealing with pests and getting ignored when they ask for help.

Doug acts more concerned with excuses than actually fixing anything. Residents constantly have to follow up multiple times just to get basic responses, and even then nothing meaningful gets done. The difference between the old management and this new company is insane — this place went from decent to stressful almost overnight.

Hallways and common areas feel neglected, communication is terrible, and it’s obvious tenant satisfaction is no longer a priority. Multiple residents have been complaining about the same issues, so this clearly isn’t a one-time problem.
