Seen yesterday at Powell’s Books. Has anyone read it? I want answers

i am a healthcare worker and my job is extremely hands-on -- i am honored to do the work, but the tasks are unkind to my hands. on my days off when i am couch-rotting i like to wear a full face of makeup and wear as much jewelry as i can as a form of self-care. asscher is my original engagement ring, pear is milestone gift from husband, and i do seem to enjoy a mix of botanical + art deco looks. natural diamonds in 14k gold (except for the asscher, it's in 18k gold), finds from ebay and etsy, because i also like recycled diamonds.

Natural, L color but like a soft shade of butter yellow. Size 3.5 ring finger, diamond is 3 carats on paper but faces up closer to 3.5-ish (1.7 ratio with 13.5mm x 8mm dimensions). 6-prong solitaire with a V-tip. I'm now on the lookout for eternity band of ovals or marquise yellow diamonds. (Anniversary gift from dearest beloved husband.)
