to those who don’t use cooler fan, what’s your cpu and gpu temp when gaming?
mine’s 91c on balance mode, and whooping 99-101c when on performance mode (that’s why i don’t use it)

laptop sudden noise
Hello guys, just taking any chances if anyone here have any idea what’s causing that noise? It was on idle then suddenly that noise pops out. It’s functioning normally, sounds were all good (based from booting up) and if I max out the fans, the fans i think run well too slightly reducing this weird noise. Thank you so much.

is there a point using performance mode?
I own 2023 ver of Helios Neo 16, when playing FH6 on balance mode my usual cpu temp is around 88c to max 95c but when I tried using performance mode it’s somewhere between 97-101c.
Now I’m planning to play Expedition 33 while streaming. I’m planning to limit the fps to at least 60 with dlss quality. should I stick with balance mode? what’s the point of performance mode if it just heats more? I thought you should use it while you’re gaming but figured it would tear your device soon because it does it more.

Questions about doing sidequests on hard mode
So I just came back to the game after finishing it yrs ago to do some optional stuffs like chadley challenge and managed to beat all brutal except legendary fights.
but anyway, I’m planning to do get all the manuscripts and I know that involves doing CSWS on hard mode. I did all sidequests on my normal first playthrough except CSWS. My question is if this plan would work.
- Chapter select to chapter 13 but on hard mode with resetting all side quests option (option 3)
- finish some of the side quests that rewards manuscripts.
- after finishing all those sidequests with manuscripts, chapter select again to chapter 13 hard mode and retain all past sidequests like from overall playthrough (option 2) that makes accomplished all sidequests except CSWS right? and since i’m on hard mode, i’ll do CSWS to get Cait Sith last manuscript.
Would that plan work? or I really have to redo literally all the sidequests on hard mode to unlock CSWS hard mode?
