Garden of Elusion

(From Dec. 2025): My latest illustration captures part of a scene from the film Wicked that will always be one of my favorites from part one; I love the lighting and incredible environmental set details, as well as the deeper connection that we see starting to blossom between Elphaba & Fiyero. Despite society wanting the two characters to fall asleep, or fall in line with an oppressive system in Oz, they remain awake and take immediate action to do the right thing; in this case, setting the caged animal free. I included poppies in this scene to represent Elphaba’s poppy spell initiating the beginning of Fiyero’s metaphorical awakening and how they both ultimately choose to face the injustices in Oz rather than giving in to complacency and societal control.

Under the Sea

Sometimes we get so focused on what we don’t have or what’s out of reach that we forget to appreciate where we’re currently at in life. But in Ariel’s case, change is needed in order to grow (legs) and hit the ground running towards becoming her best self. Halle Bailey gave such a stunning performance as Ariel, and I wanted to capture her playful curiosity through making this piece.

If anyone from the Disney company sees this-- it would be really cool if I could make official gallery work and/or illustration work in some capacity for you. I'm available for hire!

Alysa Liu <3!

Adding to the hopecore with a new editorial piece (that doubles as a poster!) 💫

Alysa Liu is proof of why Gen Z is the best generation. 🤭 Watching her carve her own lucky-charms shaped path in the figure skating world has been nothing short of inspiring.

Moira Rose

Thank you Catherine O’Hara for all the light and laughs 🤍🐦‍⬛

Catherine O’Hara as Moira Rose (Schitt’s Creek). A quick one to honor a great character and an even greater person.

Moment of Joy

Painting of Elle Argent from Heartstopper. I especially love the color theory and lighting that's present throughout the series, and I wanted to capture Elle in a moment of joy.

I thought the finale film was such a beautiful culmination of the characters’ journeys, and I loved seeing Elle succeed and pursue her fine art dreams, even if it was only a small glimpse of her part of the story. I like to think we’d see the same expression light up her face if she could see her future self now.

Rose Siblings

“You didn’t have to worry about me.”
“Well I did.”

David & Alexis from Schitt's Creek: the most iconic sibling duo there ever was. I absolutely love this scene because it shows snippets of the growth of both of these characters and the importance of familial love.

Digital painting, 2023.
