


I’m losing but it’s not constant
I’m a 25F who’s 5’5 and 173lbs trying to get to 125lbs. I feel like I’m eating the amount of calories that should be making me lose 2lbs a week but I average about 1lb a week. But it’s all at once. I’ll plateau the whole month then after my period I’ll lose like 5 pounds it’s weird. I eat around 1,650 calories a day and I weigh everything I eat. My tdee says that I should be eating 1800 calories to lose 2 lbs a week. So why am I not losing 2lbs a week??
