I'm gonna try to make this as clear as I can

I got a 2020 GMC Acadia SLE back in May since my chevy cruze broke down and I didn't know if it was gonna be easy to fix (turns out it was)

6 days into having the car, it was raining hard all day, and I got a message saying "Engine Power is Reduced" followed by codes P0236, P1101, and P00C7

It randomly fixed itself the next day so I thought we might be okay, and then 2½ weeks later, the message came back, and again: during heavy rainfall in a thunderstorm. Had P0236, P00C7, P0238 and P1101

It spent basically all of June at the dealership getting fixed. They replaced the turbo boost sensor, MAF Sensor Wiring Harness, and the intercooler.

I picked it up on Friday, and it drove fantastic on the 45 minute trip home

However, Saturday night, I was doing volunteer work at a local theater production 25 minutes away from town, and when the show got over, I started the car, and the message came back, again after a thunderstorm with P0236, P0238, P00C7, and P1101

I'm not entirely sure what it could be, I'm thinking there's something else in the intake system that needs addressed, or maybe something else in the boost circuit, and I need help. I also think something could be getting wet or a moisture build-up since it happens after tons of rain

Lots of people are telling me to take it back and get a different car, but I don't want to. I want this car to work, and last me for atleast 7 years

Update

Since yall got angry with my last post, it was the PCV Valve that went out, not the catalytic converter. My Cruze is going to retire to a work commuter in another town, instead of being a daily. It'll give it an easy life, and an extended life

End of an era

After 11 years in my family, and 178k miles driven, my 2014 Chevy Cruze LT is dead. The catalytic converter failed, and we've decided that it's lived a full life, and served it's purpose. My stepmom bought it to use when she was a traveling cna, my dad used it for work, it was multiple high school cars, and a spare car for a year. Thank you too everyone who helped me try to diagnose any issues it had, and for even opening a community to discuss anything about the chevy cruze

Quick question

Opinions on the Edge? I want a new car since my chevy cruze is on the brink of death, and I was interested in edges

oh my GOOODDDDD

I was in a drive thru to get a drink earlier, and all of a sudden, it started shaking while idling again, but I was on a slope so it was uneven so maybe it's just unbalanced? NOPE! I get back to even ground, and it's STILL doing it, so I assume my misfire is back. And it's driving kinda rough too. I got back home, ran the scanner to get codes, and there's a new one. So I ran it through ChatGPT (sorry guys) and it said potential misfire. NO REALLY? IT'S ALMOST LIKE IT'S DONE IT BEFORE

I'm so beyond ready to get a new car. I'm never getting a chevy cruze ever again
