Tablet suggestions

I am a student. My use case is mostly:

note taking,

pdf annotations,

reading books.

For that I need good display and big screen (12-13inch) {no need of powerful processors n all}

Which one should I prefer.

My budget is around 30-35k strictly.

I am also okay to buy a refurbished or second hand product from trusted source.

Please guide... What should I do.

[URGENT] IITian wants money!

I graduated from IIT Delhi in 2025 after rejecting the placement offer. Started preparing for UPSC. After one year, I now realize the family's financial condition is BAD. I want to earn part-time while studying alongside.
