hey all! i don't want to make a long winded drawn out post but essentially, the TLDR of it all is that i (30f) recently made the choice to stop being friends with one of my longest friends (also 30f) due to the ways we have grown apart as people and my feelings about how she has handled certain situations throughout the last few years. back in 2022 i stayed w her for approx. 8 months and during that time we had both gotten a new kitten from the same litter. after i moved out, she also had to move back with her mom and couldn't have her cat. i have since been 'fostering' her cat for her, with my other two cats (one being the litter mate). initially this was supposed to be significantly more temporary and she had planned to move out of her mother's fairly quickly but as we can see it's now 2026 and i still have the cat.

i am struggling with what to do in this situation moving forward. she has a daughter (13f) who does really love this cat and she's had to give up pets in the past which makes me feel guilty genuinely. however, i'm at a point where it feels near abusive to separate this cat from her two brothers and frankly, from myself and my partner with whom she's been living for 4 years, and the home she is used to. if my friend was to take her back right now, this cat would probably end up being fostered by someone else and again, with no timeline for it. i'm not really sure how to handle going about this, if i have any real claim to keep the cat, and honestly if i'm just being a petty asshole or something and just wanted genuine outside opinions. i also live in CT if anyone has any specific related laws info though she hasn't taken the cat to the vet in this time to establish any type of care and i handle everything else. i also have clear photo evidence of her living in my residences over the past 4 years

hey all, this is really last minute but i'm staying pretty far out in the country side in Contignano for a wedding. i'm trying to schedule/book a service to take me just 35 mins away to Chiuisi station for tomorrow to go from there to the airport in Florence. i am really struggling to find anything.

i'm staying at a small bed and breakfast and im not really sure how much help they can be with taxi's out here. basically, does anyone have any last minute advice for how to get there without it costing me an arm and leg?

most bookings are asking for 200-300 just to go the 30 mins to the station. i've tried looking into bus routes but it seems nothings operating near me right now so im really struggling. any help would be appreciated.

okay so idk if i'm like just missing a huge part of the UI or something, but literally what is the point of growing the mint and harvesting the mint coins other than to get achievements and upgrade the exact said mint plants?

like we can't use the coins for furniture, upgrades, anything like that?? just for the planting??
