Industrial supply chain sourcing brokerage

Until next year im planning on networking and learning how to become a broker for industrial items with b2b model but i have concerns with ai as many others also have. I could use ai model aswell i guess but it doesnt feel very legit as the company i would sell to could just go online and ask an ai like slimstock and pallet about it so what would be the point of me starting anything?

Doesnt feel very long term or robust enough as then it probably will be who will use the cheapest ai model so who would even care about the work anymore as its that easy to get.

how do i get back audio on windows 10?

long story short, i never had a dedicated gpu before until last month until then i only used my ryzen 5 5600g which has integrated graphics and now with the gpu, amd rx 9060xt i had alot of latency and found out i had to reinstall/delete my graphics drivers/shaders so i did, i first removed directx data which didnt work so i downloaded amd cleanup tool which deletes audio drivers aswell but when i go to device manager it shows:

amd high definition audio device

amd high definition audio device -------- its show twice

amd streaming audio device

high definition audio device

vb-audio voicemeeter vaio (i have downloaded voicemeter before this)

there are also no updates in amd adrenaline nor windows update and when problem analysing on windows my audio problem it says that the audio services doesnt respond.

I have a ryzen 5 5600G and a b550 moderboard which has pcle 3.0 capability for cpu and 3.0 and 4.0 for moderboard so gpu will be downgraded alot.

I been looking at Sapphire Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB Pure at 462 usd but apparently going that route would be a hinderence because harder to use certain tools.

I have heard rtx 5060 isnt that good value for money as there are better alternatives but maybe they are refering to gaming? In my country not many places sell the 16gb version and its more expensive than 9060 and ends up around 623usd for the 16gb version.

As i didnt gpu proof my pc when i bought it back in 2022 or earlier i forgot, i will have to buy other things too like new psu as im at 500w currently and more fans/cooling block for cpu so in total the whole computer will have parts up to maybe 1.3k bcs of that mistake which i been contemplating alot.

Im not asking for help in that just wondering about what gpu i could go for, what are the other alternatives? I want it to be as low as possible, the 9060 is getting to the top of what i want to put out, doubt there are any second hand gpus near me, i wanted to get a 3060 some year ago but then they stopped producing them :p
