set myself a challenge to draw him as accurately as i could

i recently found this while looking for braid references for avatar art, and it made me wonder if there is a possibility of a birth deformity occurring like this?

apologies if it's a stupid and/or nonsensical question, i'm just curious on it as there was also a post on here recently talking about deformities, disabilities, etc...

of course, it means they likely will never connect with ewya, animals, and na'vi, but would it be like conjoined twins where they have to choose one twin to save?

considering his actor did tell me that prager's actually extremely ruthless, i think this fits very, very well
