So Iam a fresher 2026 passedout , just received my offer letter for Trainee software Engineer role 6 months will be a training period.

It states that I need to work not lessthan 24months, """offer of appointment is subject to your solemn agreement that, you would serve the company for not less than 24 months from the date of joining. You will agree that, in case of breach of this condition, the Gross salary payable for the unfulfilled period of the committed service shall be recoverable, without prejudice to any other terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement signed at the time joining."""
What does this mean, What if I break the bond?

So I need to pay so much that is months*my gross salary, If I leave before 24months!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what to do I have got this after so many rejections ofcourse, but Iam worried what if I get a good offer from a better company..(Iam not sure btw) at the same time I feel so lowballed for the package they are offering (3.25). Iam very confused... Some HRs please give some suggestions to negotiate, I don't think they will negotiate this is another lala company. I want to join some software role but I don't know whether to take this or not...

Any suggestions or help please reply....

So Iam a fresher (2026 graduate), My offer got revoked after a health emergency so I have started applying, giving OAs, giving interviews and getting ghosted by the HRs , Now with the help of referral I got this role from an old company but after going through the reviews it seems very toxic company and the payment is very low (lower than tcs ninja)

So the only motivation is I get to move out of my house, I can't stay here- not that they are toxic but I don't know , I want to go out and live..I have never been out of my house...

But my only fear is it really practical to think that I can switch easily after me working on .net, will the recruiters say no because I worked on .net if the future requirements have python or java.

Iam planning to go for MLops, AI Engineer and build good projects alongside in python(I don't know what of this will be possible, but I will try my best)

So give me some suggestions and reality checks after working on .net....

I got into a product manufacturing company as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern. After three rounds of interview I got the call from the CEO for offer discussion, as Iam a 2026 graduate and my sem exams didn't complete yet, he told me to join in may. I said ok, then he asked when will your exams start and we can offer you internship untill your exams complete. So I was okay with the internship even though the stipend was not soo good, I accepted it and went for joining on March2nd

Went to the office, explored the product for 2hrs , and then I get sudden back pain couldn't bare the pain , I asked the team lead for a half day leave collecting all the courage I had. Went to the pg, confused what to do. And God has come in a human form and one of my roommate took me to hospital and joined me in the emergency. After all the tests they told me Iam in a situation where I need to undergo a surgery (kidney stones) me and my family got frightened and I couldn't bare the pain even after all the injections given in the emergency so I called my sister and asked her to take me to the hometown, she has come.

In the whole situation we called the ceo and explained everything we tried asking for a leave but he himself suggested that I go to my hometown and comeback all cured.I told I will comeback in may after my exams got over, and he will directly offer me a Full time role because My semester exams will be over.

I have come to my hometown, it took me 1 month to get rid of the stone. I have joined some Ayurvedic treatment because we didn't want to go for surgery only after coming here we realised we can cure without surgery also.

Now after my exams got over, I mailed him saying Iam ready to join , are there any formalities to be completed.... He replied me saying my internship got cancelled. I called him immediately, then he is said, you request for a full time to your team leader, let's see if he have any requirement. Immediately I called the team leader also, he was saying two months gap we had, we might have hired a new guy, and all I explained him they asked me to join in may only and all, then he told, there are other vacancies let me check and update you in a week.

Cancelling my internship without even informing me. I have been counting on this offer because it was correctly aligning with my skills and interests. I don't have any hope them offering me anything. But I don't know how to talk to them, so they offer me something, I know If they don't have any vacancies they aren't gonna offer me anything, but still they could have informed me right!!!! I feel so failed. This was the only chance I had but I don't know why this happened. I feel so so faileddddd!!!!! I couldn't face anyone!!!!! My cousins were so jealous while I was going, now I don't know how to face them, I don't want to go out.

I didn't stop applying, I have been messaging the YC startup founders and trying may other things.

I all need is anyone has openings for any junior ML intern openings, software Engineer Intern positions and also backend intern roles, Iam open for these....

Long story short... Got into Machine Learning Engineer Intern role (Internship) went on the 1st day A sudden health emergency Came back to hometown after the ceo and team leads approval Now they say My offer is in risk and will update me in a week. Confused about finding job openings.

The team leader told, we don't have any vacancies and due to change in the company requirements we can't offer to any kind of employment. Any one have junior ML engineer openings please give me leads. Have been trying in LinkedIn evrything looks fake there.
