Please do yourself or your loved ones a favour and never go to Dr. Ashish Mittal and his wife, Dr. Jasleen Kaur. Believe me, the actions and words of these two people ruined my life and left me to pick up the pieces for myself, without any help from anyone else.

Dr. Ashish Mittal and his wife, Dr. Jasleen Kaur are two people that I saw at the age of 21, and it was the worst experience of my life.

I used to go for therapy sessions with Dr. Jasleen, who I spoke to in extent about my troubling relationship about my mother, who has severely abused me physically, mentally and financially my entire life, which she proceeded to report back to her. Once she couldn't find the solution to what my mother wanted, which was to control me and tame me so that I would stop fighting back, she referred me onto Dr. Ashish Mittal.

In my session with Dr. Ashish, my mother spoke about the issues she had with me, and I didn't speak a single word during the session, after which he proceeded to give me extremely heavy medication for a misdiagnosed problem.

In the end of a joint session with Dr. Jasleen and my mother, both women came to the conclusion that I should move out within the next 6 months.

I had no resources, and was kicked out of my own house because of issues like "she leaves scrunchies all around", or "she has a hoarding problem" (I forgot to throw an empty bottle of moisturiser) or "she is misbehaving with me a lot" (if you constantly shout at me, hit me with steel scales, or belans, or kick me out of the house with no clothes on me at the age of 9, just for my neighbours to discover me and ring the bell, I will not be nice to you, I'm sorry.)

Edit - Yes, I am still in therapy with an amazing psychologist who helped me eventually safely leave the abusive house I was raised in. Thank you for everyone’s concern. I am just putting this here because I am so sure that I’m not the only one who they’ve fucked over, and I am a raging bitch right now, so you best believe I will scream what they did to the world.
