I love my curls but they are dry as heck. My hair is THICK and coarse. Any advice would be much appreciated 🙏
I'm seeing conflicting information online, so I wanted to see if anyone has clarity on this. My experience has been only taking the 0.25mg pen - I know this is the lowest dose but it's been amazing for me, I have no side effects, I've lost 20 pounds slowly over the course of 5 months and I have no desire to move up in dosing.
If I were to stay on the 0.25mg pen, would that continue to be $199/month? Any info would be helpful. My insurance has covered it with a $25 copay and I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do.

I attended an ICE community watch training around 6 months ago. I am part of a community signal group where we alert each other. I haven’t been able to respond to any of the reports that have happened. There haven’t been regular sightings near me.
It was 630am and I was on my way to work. I work at a hospital and had to be there at 7. I turn a corner and there were like 5 unmarked cars surrounding a white work van and I see multiple men being detained. I panicked and pull around the block within sight. I call the hotline and talked with a couple men who were standing at distant. They shared videos that I forwarded onto our hotline and I shared the hotline number with them.
I know I did something but I should have gotten out of my car. I should have gotten closer. I should have gotten better photos. It’s like I completely forgot what I learned at the training. I have felt sick all day, like I fucked up. It wasn’t enough.
I need to know.
