PBE - Set 18: Blackthorn + Krug

Hi all! I wanted to make a post on this since I found it helpful in the last game I played. If you place Krug on the Blackthorn space, it dies, breaks apart, and actually still spawns the two baby Krugs! Idk if that's cheesy or not, but it's helpful to not be entirely down a until. At least the baby Krugs can be a bit more fodder to protect the backline. I found they helped with units like Rengar & Kha'Zix that like to jump back there too.

Sorry if this is a repeat post or obvious information - it wasn't to me, so I wanted to share. Thanks for reading! :)

Can you caulk over an interior, self-installed window tint?

Hi all. Super new to DIY and am looking for some advice on windows & caulk. I applied some privacy window tint in my shower window earlier today. After letting it settle for a bit, I returned to find that the edges of the film seem to want to come up. This application went poorly admittedly, so I'm going to try again. That said, when I do get a finished product I like, I'd like it to be a more permanent addition to the bathroom.

TLDR: Is it alright to caulk over self-install window films? and if so, would it be wise to do so? TYSMIA for any info or advice! :)

In-house Pool Safety?

Hi all! I'm looking for some advice on a home that I found recently. There's is a heated pool in the central room of the house that's apparently fully accessible from every other room. I labelled them the best that I could without a floorplan, but it has 4 bedrooms total in here somewhere lol. The listing states that there is a 'central dehumidifier for the pool area', which is where my uncertainty comes in. Is a central dehumidifier enough to keep everything in a place this big 'stable'? Will mold and condensation really be kept at bay? Also, I'm unsure if it is chlorinated or saltwater. The listing does not specify, but would either be better or worse than the other for something like this?

I don't even know where to begin with questions about the dehumidifier itself in terms of brand, size, design, location within the structure, etc. As much as I like the house and the idea of this, it's obviously not worth it if it'll start falling apart within 5yrs due to humidity, y'know? Thanks in advance for any help or advice y'all!!

Adding the listing for anyone interested (it was already posted on zillowgonewild a few months back anyway lol). Pool House

Initial appointment questions?

To anyone that is/was going through treatments, are there any questions you wish you had asked your provider prior to beginning? Is there anything you’d wished you’d known?

It could be literally anything. I’m just not even sure where to begin, but I have a consult Monday with one. Thanks in advance y’all, and sorry to post here so much recently.

ETA: My consult specifically is for IV infusions, but y’all are more than welcome to add your takes on any of the different kinds (IV, Spravato, lozenge, etc). I’m not dead set on the infusion method of treatment, so differing viewpoints could rly help too. TYSM!!

Is Better U Legit?

Hi all, and TIA for any help. I’m just wondering if anyone has used Better U for treatment. I was curious, so I tried the free consultation. The guy I talked to asked some generic questions (ex. pregnant/nursing, blood pressure, substance abuse history, etc.). At the end of the call, he told me that I’d need to pay up front to speak to a clinician sometime next week. To me, it felt a little sketchy to have a patient pay between $500-$800 before even verifying that they’ll receive treatment. That’s kinda what I expected the consultation to be lol…

TLDR: Does anyone have experience with Better U for ketamine treatment? If so, what were your thoughts?

Searching for a Provider [Louisiana, USA]

Hi there all. I'm looking for a place in-state (ideally near Lafayette, LA) that provides ketamine therapy. My psychiatrist and I have recently started discussing ketamine in response to my incredibly treatment resistant depression. I've tried at least 15 medications (excluding all the cocktails lol) in the span of about 9 years now, so I'd say I'm honestly at my wits end with the pills not helping.

As it stands, I don't know a ton about ketamine assisted therapy. I know that there's Spravato and then there's infusions, but I don't really know how they differ. I also don't know how long treatment usually takes. I see a lot of places online saying between 5-9 sessions, but how does that truly work? Let's say I do 9 infusions. Then what, exactly...? Am I cured lol, or do I have to continue for another 9 sessions... then another 9... and another 9... get my drift?

Sorry to ramble. It's just a lot. I appreciate any advice or recommendations. TYIA.

Decor and Clean-up Crew?

Hi everyone! I have a quick question for any terrarium/vivarium/aquarium keepers here.

Where do you guys get your supplies? I was searching for a fish store (for driftwood & stones), however it seems like all the ones I knew of around Lafayette are now permanently closed.

Again, I’m mainly looking for decor - although it would be super awesome if there’s a local place I can buy springtails/isopods too. Petco & Petsmart allegedly have them, but I’m not incredibly confident with their quality. I tried checking “LA Pet Emporium”, but it would seem they’re currently in the process of moving locations. If anyone has other suggestions of where to look, I’d really appreciate it! TYSMIA!! :)

Hi all! Wanted to ask here if anyone else had any experience with night sweating. It doesn’t wake me during the night anymore, but I’m usually drenched by morning. We keep it pretty cool in the house at night (usually like 67°F). I also use a weighted blanket so that I don’t beat my poor boyfriend to death in my sleep (I’ve been told I’m a kicker, doesn’t stop the talking though lol!). Even when I did use lighter covers though, I’d sweat like I ran a marathon overnight. Eventually I wind up freezing too because me and my clothes are now soaked, and it’s cold af!

I’m on a cocktail of meds + supplements, but I highly suspect it’s Auvelity or Vraylar doing it in my case. I’ve been on them the longest, and I’ve been sweating since I can remember. I plan to ask my psychiatrist next visit (a week), but was curious if anyone else has dealt with this too. Thanks in advance!

TLDR: if you have/had night sweats, what do you do about it?
