It feels so good to know I am looking for another job. Frito Lay feels like one of the 9 stages of Hell.
I dont let myself get stressed out at the shithole anymore. I did in the beginning, but it was starting to effect other parts of my life out of work. To be honest, this company is tanking. Every store hates us as a company. Luckily my customers like me, I feel like that is the only reason they accept half of my orders at this point.
The amount of FORCED products that we are getting is insane, meanwhile we are down in sales almost everywhere. DSLs tell us to put up a display, so we can sell 2 bags from it in 2 weeks. I am legit starting to think this company is being run by 23 year olds who just came out of college. I see why they RARELY promote from within the company.
