Honestly just curious. Getting older and starting to notice a little bit of aging. My hair is dyed in the first picture and is natural in the next two. I’ve had no cosmetic work done but I think I would like to get 1ml of lip filler. Also might shorten my bangs a little

I have always been insecure about my nose and jaw, especially my side profile. I got a consultation for a rhinoplasty and the surgeon’s suggestion is the last pic. I feel like my jaw is huge but I don’t really know how much I can do about that. Is the rhinoplasty the best option for me? I just want to make sure that would give me the best results before I book the surgery.
Edit: i’m not super concerned about the front. He is going to make a minor adjustment to make my nostrils more even.
