How do you balance keyboard height vs. monitor height in a dynamic setup?

I'm planning an office overhaul and I'm struggling to find the right balance between keyboard and monitor ergonomics. My goal is to build a setup that's genuinely comfortable whether I'm sitting or standing, but every time I solve one problem, it seems to create another.

If I get the monitor positioned perfectly, the keyboard and mouse end up feeling too high or too low. If I optimize for typing comfort, the monitor no longer sits where it should. It feels like there's always some kind of compromise.

I've been looking into different ergonomic setups lately, and it's interesting to see that there are finally some products trying to make the whole workstation more dynamic instead of just giving you another monitor arm or standing desk. I'm not sure how well any of them work in practice, though, which is why I'm asking here before spending a bunch of money.

For those of you who've upgraded to a more adjustable desk setup, how are you handling the keyboard and mouse? Are you using a flat desktop with a keyboard tray, or do you prefer a desk with multiple levels built in?

I'm hoping to avoid a big DIY project if possible, but I'm also worried that most keyboard trays won't feel stable enough for long typing or development sessions. Has anyone found a setup that stays solid over time, or is a custom solution usually the way to go?

Anyone here ever pay for a real estate investing course?

I've been trying to learn more about real estate investing and recently started looking into paid courses. For those who've actually bought one, did you feel it was worth the money, or did you end up realizing most of the information was already available through books, YouTube, forums, and other free resources? I'm mainly interested in hearing from people with first-hand experience before I decide whether it's worth paying for one. Any honest feedback would be appreciated.

Inherited an old Ansul system with our building, who can actually service these?

We took over a commercial space in the Casper area that came with an existing Ansul fire suppression system in the kitchen, but there is no record of when it was last serviced or tested. I do not want to assume it works and find out the hard way. Does anyone know who actually specializes in Ansul systems around here for inspection and testing? Would rather have a certified pro look at it than guess.
