Bike fit help!
Bike : Trinx r700 18"
I've been riding this bike for a year now. Im 5 8" with long legs ig. 30km ride was my avg but recently it seems that bike doesn't fit me. I felt stretched and pressure on hands and perineum and i need to pull myself bacl after some strokes. I don't know the changes i made.
